7 years ago, a person had visited us and explained his plan to set up the entity introducing new tools being sold in the United States but not yet in Japan.

For his initial business plan, the following services were provided from us:
-Setting up his representative office at the beginning
-Enrolling social insurance program and calculating the payroll
-Acting as his office’s “financial department” and handling various tasks
-Sending monthly trial balance to HQ based on the bookkeeping everyday

Thereafter, his rep. office had turned to be “a company” to be registered officially, the employees were gradually increased and we had been carried on our services for the company.
-Preparing the payment schedule and arranging the payments to vendors
-Submitting labor insurance and social insurance report to each national insurance office
-Calculating the year-end income tax adjustment and sending salary reports to the authorities
-Acting as “HR department” to introduce company’s rule to new employee
-Training and supporting new financial staff
-Handling their fixed assets and explaining the GAAP difference to HQ
-Sending monthly financial accounting reporting package to HQ based on their request
-Preparing and filing tax returns on behalf of the company and explaining them to both Japan and HQ in English

Successfully, this company turned to become a company having more than 100 employees and the gross sales of more than JPY5 billion now.
Please remind that the subject company was the small representative office with only one representative person before.

In 2007, the contact from abroad was made through the internet and the request was to establish their entity in Japan to handle  their business market.
The establishment of the company was smoothly made and one of our people took up the director position and they used our office (CPTC) address to register to the legal Affairs Bureau.

Since there are only sales employees of the company in Japan,  we support all activities followed as their back office.
-Reporting various matters to the authorities
-participating social insurance program and calculating the payroll
-Doing various issues as the “financial department” and handling various tasks
-Bookkeeping daily transactions and sending monthly trial balance to HQ in English
-Arranging the payments to vendors with the HQ instruction and approval including the salary payments to the sales person
